Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing.
A full refund will be given for individuals contacting E-MARKETING at least 10 days prior to the start date of the training they are scheduled to attend. After seven days, refunds will not be given. The money can be applied to a future E-MARKETING training though.
